London Popups this Summer

Pop ups are everywhere across London this summer. These are usually really fun shops and good enterprises where you’ll get a taste of things to come.

Here are a few you should check out.

1. Burt’s Bees Pop Up Store, Earlham Street, Covent Garden, London

This fab little shop  just opened in Covent Garden to build brand awareness for Burt’s Bees Products. I have been using some of their products for ages like the Lemon Butter cuticle cream and their fantastic lip balms. I didn’t know there was such an array of skin care and other products too. The little shop is called a Pop Up Hive with their distinctive bright yellow wall paper and “hives” on the walls showcasing their products. Go check them out and they are giving out discount vouchers for their products.

The Gabbi’s Head: 150-151 Dury Lane, Covent Garden, London, WC2B 5TD
13 June to 13 July

Benefit Cosmetics have teamed up with Sky Sports News presenter Kirsty Gallacher to open a pop up pub called ‘Gabbi’s Head” in conjunction with World Cup 2014. The decor is in various shades of pink to appeal to women who like football too. Ladies, pop along to enjoy some cocktails and canapes whilst catching the latest game. On hand will be lots of beauty artists offering their famous brow waxes and make up demos.

3. Pizza Rossa, 4-12 Whittington Avenue, London, EC3V 1AB

Pizza and Football in the City. This is a truly Italian Pizza place that has just opened and they are serving great pizza with sustainably sourced ingredients. Top quality pizza with crispy thin crust base, unlike the soggy things you find in train stations. Great homemade lasagne and tiramisu too.

4. Wimbledon Fans: Maria Sharapova’s Sugarpova Pop-up Shop & Lounge in Wimbledon Village,  89 High Street, Wimbledon Village, London SW19 5EG

Monday 16th June – Monday 6th July

Just in time for the fantastic Wimbledon fortnight,  this pop up will be stocking her range of Sugarpova premium candies in lots of flavours. Get along there and you might spot her or her hot boyfriend, Grigor Dimitrov.

5. Parisian footwear brand Bobbie’s pops up in Covent Garden.

Bobbies has just opened their pop up shop in Covent Garden and will be there for the next year. Now we don’t have to hop over on the Eurostar to get these loafers.

6. Farrell Popup – Fashion for the guys. 18 Earlham Street, London, WC2H 9LG

Farrell has just opened their pop up shop in Seven Dials Covent Garden, for the next 6 months. Catch it while you can.

If there are any more pop ups that I have not mentioned, do add them to the comment below. Thanks.
